Systems Oriented Operations Research, is a journal which is scientifically and financially supported by Army Command and Staff University.  This journal is also supported by the Iranian Operational Research Society. The mission of Journal of Systems Oriented Operations Research (JSOOR) is to provide an international forum for refereed original research works in the theory and applications of Operations Research (OR).  

Journal of Systems Oriented Operations Research is an Open Access and Free of Charge journal.
